Welcome our new China Relationship Manager - Sylver Leong

Sylver has been in specialty coffee as a roaster and barista for a few years. She sees it as an ever-evolving adventure. Pursuing quality is the top priority, and she was impressed by Cofinet's innovative approach, especially in coffee processing.

One of Sylver's favorite coffees from Cofinet is the Jairo Arcila Castillo Natural Anaerobic 200h, which maintains its terroir character while also elevating its potential through process technology.

An exceptional espresso sparked Sylver's entry into the industry - creamy, sweet, buttery yet long-lasting. This experience kindled a love for specialty coffee.

When it comes to coffee profiles, Sylver favors complex coffees that offer different layers and sensations with each sip, yet remain clean and enjoyable until the last drop. She’s grateful for the growing community as China's Relationship Manager with Cofinet, and looking forward to continuous growth with the coffee community.

Collaboration with Carmo Coffee

We have been very excited this year with our new collaboration with Luiz Paulo and experimental farms. Having the same vision as us, Fazenda Santuário Sul (Sanctuary farm) was created to grow and experiment new varietals and processes to create a new profile of Brazilian coffee.

Varietals such as Yirgacheffe, Starmaya, SL28 are grown in this experimental farm and we are happy to have the very first batch of coffee landed in Singapore.
