Cofinet's Jardines del Eden first commercial harvest! New coffee landing Dec 2023
Our new harvest Colombian coffee is landing soon!

Cofinet’s Jardines del Eden first commercial harvest!

Yellow Gesha from Jardines del Eden
We have been sharing small lots of coffee from Cofinet’s experimental farm which we started in 2019, where we grow many exotic coffee varietals in this farm. Harvest has been small previously due to the young trees, ranging only few hundred kg each harvest but with exceptional results! Many baristas around the world have been using these coffee for their competitions with exceptional results.
This year we finally have a bigger commercial size for coffee from Felipe Arcila’s Jardines del Eden and are excited to bring them to you real soon.
Look out for these competition lots from Jardines del Eden coming into Singapore in Dec 2023. Do contact your local sales representative to start sharing these coffee samples with you or watch out for the upcoming Cupping Sessions in your region.

Varietal Series: Bourbon Aruzi

Bourbon Aruzi
This variety was discovered in Inza, Cauca, Colombia when a coffee tree was found to look very different from the typical coffee grown in the region. This unknown variety had a higher yield and was more resistant. As a result, some farmers began to grow this variety. Subsequently, the seeds were studied by a laboratory in London which found that the genetics and structure were similar to Bourbon Aruzi, a variety grown in Ethiopia.
Grown by Jairo Arcila at his farm, Finca Castellon, this washed coffee has an excellent cup score, being very consistent in hot, warm and cold.
Notes of vanilla, floral, cacao nibs, melon, sugarcane, lime
Cup score: 88.75.
